Privacy

Information you submit

Contact messages and listing reports are stored in our database for review. Contact name and email are optional. Event-update subscriptions store the email address and event preferences you provide. Do not send sensitive personal information in forms.

These records remain stored until manually removed; an automatic deletion schedule has not been configured. Use the Contact form to ask about access or deletion.

Saved events and browser storage

Saved events use a server-signed anonymous identity. A functional browser-storage token is created when needed for forms or saved events; saved-event storage can persist until you clear browser data. It is not used to authorize analytics.

The cityloom_vid cookie is only set after the browser reports statistics consent. It is HTTP-only and can last up to 365 days. Without statistics consent, public event browsing does not set this cookie.

Cookiebot and analytics

Cookiebot manages consent choices. Replit analytics loads only after statistics consent. It measures page visits and actions such as event opens and official-source clicks. Custom event properties do not include emails, ZIP codes or message/report text.

Decline statistics consent to opt out. If consent was given, change your choices through the cookie settings control. Browser privacy signals may also restrict analytics.

Hosting cookie

Our hosting infrastructure may set a GAESA cookie before you make a consent choice. Replit documents it as an opaque routing identifier used by its Google-based serving infrastructure, not an application analytics identifier. It is set outside Cityloom's consent code; its retention is controlled by the hosting provider. Cityloom does not use it for analytics or advertising.

Advertising and external sites

Advertising is currently disabled. No ad requests should be made by Cityloom. Official event links lead to third-party sites, whose own policies apply when you visit them. Cityloom currently does not display third-party event photos.
